By opting into SMS communications from SBG Edmonds Group LLC, doing business as Bluewater Crab Company ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. This program is operated by SBG Edmonds Group LLC, doing business as Bluewater Crab Company.

DBA / Legal Entity Notice: Bluewater Crab Company is the trade name of SBG Edmonds Group LLC. All SMS messages, billing, and customer records are handled by the legal entity SBG Edmonds Group LLC, doing business as Bluewater Crab Company.

Program Description

We operate two separate SMS programs. You may opt in to either, both, or neither — each requires its own express written consent, and consent to one is never a condition of consent to the other or of any purchase.

Informational (Transactional) Program

Recurring non-marketing text messages tied to your account or order, such as:

• Order confirmations
• Delivery notifications and status updates
• Appointment or pickup reminders
• Customer service replies
• Account or service notices

Promotional (Marketing) Program

Recurring marketing text messages, such as:

• Special offers and discounts
• Seasonal promotions
• New product announcements and calls-to-action

How to Opt In

You can opt in by (a) checking the SMS consent box on our contact or checkout forms and submitting your mobile number, (b) texting a keyword to our number if published, or (c) providing verbal or written consent to a Bluewater Crab Company representative. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and our promotional calendar. You may receive up to several messages per week.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan. Bluewater Crab Company is not responsible for carrier charges.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide to opt in.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
